Julie is a dedicated practitioner with over 30 years’ experience in education, specialising in supporting children and adults with complex behaviours. After completing a Graduate Certificate in Positive Behaviour Support in 2022, she expanded her expertise to deliver person-centred strategies that empower individuals to reach their full potential. Her collaborative, holistic approach—working closely with families and professionals—ensures safe, supportive environments that foster meaningful outcomes.

Fiona Higgins

Fiona Higgins

Fiona is an experienced educational leader and teacher with over 35 years’ experience supporting children and adults with diverse learning and behavioural needs. With a Post Graduate Certificate in Positive Behaviour Support, she specialises in compassionate, evidence-based approaches that prioritise improving quality of life.

Grounded in empathy and respect for dignity, Fiona builds strong rapport and authentic connection, creating the trust needed for meaningful and lasting change. Her PBS practice focuses on understanding each person’s goals, strengths, and behavioural needs, reducing barriers, and empowering individuals to thrive through supportive, skill-building environments. Passionate about person-centred, values-driven work, Fiona helps people feel safe, valued, and capable as they work toward outcomes that truly matter to them.

Sascha Hennig

Sascha Hennig

Sascha has spent 27 years supporting neurodivergent children and their families across schools, homes, and clinical settings, building trust through strong rapport and connection. In 2023, she completed a Graduate Certificate in Positive Behaviour Support, reinforcing her commitment to fostering autonomy, informed choice, and improved quality of life. Passionate about collaboration, she works with multidisciplinary teams to create supportive environments that empower individuals to thrive.

Dominique Giansilj

Dominique Giansilj

Dominique has over 25 years’ experience supporting individuals with diverse needs, combining her professional expertise as a Social Worker and Developmental Educator with lived experience as a mother of two adults on the autism spectrum. In 2024, she completed a Graduate Certificate in Positive Behaviour Support, strengthening her specialised focus on Autism Spectrum Disorder and broadening her understanding of neurodevelopmental conditions such as dyslexia, ADHD, and dyspraxia. Passionate about neurodiversity advocacy, Dominique applies a human rights–based approach to amplify voices, foster autonomy, and deliver empathetic, person-centred support that respects dignity and individuality.

Chelsea Templeton

Chelsea Templeton

Chelsea has nine years of experience in education, working as a teacher, OSHC Director, and Student Support Officer, as well as a Disability Support Worker. Holding a Bachelor of Education (Primary), a Certificate IV in Education Support specialising in autism, and a Graduate Certificate in Positive Behaviour Support, she is passionate about creating inclusive, person-centred environments that celebrate individuality. Guided by a strengths-based and empathetic approach, Chelsea empowers others to achieve their goals and flourish.

Lisa has over seven years of experience in the disability sector, supporting children and adults under the NDIS with a strong foundation in administration and service coordination. Currently completing a Graduate Certificate in Positive Behaviour Support, she is passionate about creating practical, strengths-based strategies that enhance independence and quality of life. Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, Lisa values inclusive communication and cultural understanding, ensuring person-centred support for families from diverse backgrounds.

Cath is a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with 30 years experience in disability in the UK and Australia, bringing a rich cultural perspective to her work with neurodivergent individuals; she is passionate about creating inclusive, non-judgmental environments that foster respect, effective communication, and collaboration with families and professionals, and is committed to empowering individuals and families to achieve their full potential and live authentically through compassionate, person-centred support.
