Julie is a dedicated and experienced professional with over 30 years of service in education including working with children with challenging behaviours. Her commitment to making a difference in the lives of her students led her to further her education, culminating in the completion of a Graduate Certificate in Positive Behaviour Support in 2022.
Julie has expanded her expertise to include working with both adults and children, applying her understanding of Positive Behaviour Support to help individuals achieve their full potential. She approaches her work with passion and enthusiasm, always striving to create positive outcomes for her participants.
Julie's holistic, team approach is a foundation of her practice. She believes in the power of collaboration, working closely with families, allied health, and other professionals to create supportive environments that foster successful, person-centred outcomes.

Fiona Higgins

Fiona has been working as a teacher and leader in education for over 30 years. She has successfully managed and led targeted intervention education programs for students who have experienced ongoing challenges engaging in their school environments.
Fiona’s dedication for a targeted and individualised approach in addressing challenging behaviours led her to recently undertake the Post Graduate Certificate in Positive Behaviour Support. Fiona understands that challenging behaviour can result from limitations in support and skills and is therefore passionate that behaviour support needs to be tailored to meet the needs and hopes of each individual.
Sascha Hennig

Sascha has dedicated 27 years to supporting neurodivergent children and their families in schools, homes, and clinical settings. She considers rapport and connection to be essential skills for building trust and forming relationships with those she works with, and believes in the importance of creating supportive environments, and focussing on individual strengths to empower individuals to thrive.
In 2023, Sascha completed a Graduate Certificate in Positive Behaviour Support, strengthening her commitment to helping individuals achieve autonomy, make informed choices and enhance their quality of life. She is passionate about collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve lasting positive outcomes for those she supports.
Dominique Giansij

Dominique brings a powerful blend of professional expertise and lived experience to her role, having dedicated over 25 years to supporting individuals with diverse needs. As both a qualified Social Worker/Developmental Educator and a mother of two adults on the autism spectrum, she brings an invaluable dual perspective to her work with neurodivergent individuals.
In 2024, Dominique enhanced her professional credentials by completing a Graduate Certificate in Positive Behaviour Support. Her specialised focus on Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is enriched by her personal understanding of various neurodevelopmental conditions, including dyslexia, ADHD, and dyspraxia.
Dominique is passionate about neurodiversity advocacy and firmly believes in amplifying the voices of those who may struggle to express themselves. Her human rights-based approach, combined with her comprehensive and deeply-rooted understanding of neurodivergent experiences, enables her to provide empathetic, informed support that truly respects individual dignity and autonomy.
